2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Netlify”) and delivered through its global content delivery network. When you access the pages, Netlify automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, reliably and quickly, and in defending against attacks. Netlify stores the log data only briefly (usually for less than 30 days) and does not merge it with other data.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Insofar as data is processed in the USA, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR), which form part of that agreement. Further information: netlify.com/privacy.
3. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, for example via the “Request access” button, we process your e-mail address and the details in your message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
4. Linked application
The “Sign in” button takes you to the Registra Atlas application. Use of the application is governed by the privacy information provided there; this policy relates exclusively to this informational website.
5. Your rights
With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
To exercise your rights, an e-mail to info@registra-atlas.com is sufficient.
6. Right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (enter the authority of the federal state of the registered office).
8. Encryption
The website is delivered exclusively via HTTPS (TLS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
9. Changes
We will update this privacy policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
