Help for the “Etra Atlas” app
Etra Atlas runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later. It is the mobile access to Atlas for companies that use Atlas: inbox, mailroom with document scanner, archive, Workflow, Workon time tracking and leave, Atlas AI and sign-in approval on the iPhone. The app is in German.
Getting started
- Open the app and enter your company code. Your company’s Atlas administrators give it to you. Instead of the code you can also enter your company’s Atlas address, for example
atlas.company.com. - Sign in with your email address and password, or with your passkey.
- Enter the code Atlas sends you by email, or the code from your authenticator app.
Accounts are created by your company; you cannot register in the app itself.
Frequent questions
“Diesen Firmencode kennen wir nicht” (unknown company code)
Check the spelling (letters, digits and hyphen, any case). If that does not help, ask your Atlas administrators for the code or the Atlas address.
Another company or server
On the sign-in screen, tap your company’s name at the bottom and choose “Andere Firma wählen”.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Passwort vergessen?”. Atlas sends you a link to set a new password in the browser.
The iPhone as a second factor
Under Mehr > Codes und Bestätigungen you connect the app to your Atlas account. You then approve sign-ins on your computer on the iPhone with the number shown and Face ID. Only approve sign-ins you have just started yourself.
Deleting your account
Your company creates your account and deletes it. Please contact your Atlas administrators. To remove the app’s data from this device, sign out or delete the app.
